Why did the customer contact us?

Client went away for vacation for a few weeks and returned home to find mold growth on some cabinetry and doors in the basement of their Southampton, Pa home. Upon inspection, our team found they had a waterproofing issues in the basement. We discovered standing water inside the wall cavities leading to excess humidity in the basement and mold growth throughout the area.

Solutions provided:

Mold 365 provided air quality and surface testing before service to determine the type and severity of mold growth in the basement. We removed damaged materials and contents of the basement. Mold 365 provided mold abatement and antimicrobial treatment. We worked to get the basement waterproofed to prevent any future water intrusion.
